Serviced 4 times over it’s life. The Telescope has undergone many changes. 2 of the missions contained Ohioans. First in 1997 aboard STS-82, Gregory J. Harbaugh (Cleveland) and the rest of the crew replaced and upgraded scientific instruments. On the final service mission, STS-125 , Michael T. Good (Parma) and his fellow Astronauts replaced the old camera with a higher definition Wide Field Camera, along with general maintenance and upgrades. This mission was documented in the Imax film Hubble.
